Shop Policies

Payment is accepted in cash only. No cheques, credit, or debit.

All prices are subject to change based on your dog's age, health, behaviour, and coat condition.

Prices include 5% GST.

Always give your dog a chance for a potty break before you get here. Some dogs are too distracted by a new place to do their business in a timely manner.

Always contain your dog between your vehicle and the shop, whether with a leash, in a kennel, or in your arms.

Bath & Brush (Smooth Coat)

Includes nail trim, ear cleaning, gland check (small dogs only), shampoo, condition, and light deshed.

Bath & Brush (Long Coat)

Includes nail trim, ear cleaning, gland check (small dogs only), minimal detangling, shampoo, condition, pad trim, and sanitary tidy-up.

Full Groom

Includes nail trim, ear cleaning, gland check (small dogs only), minimal dematting, shampoo, and styling. Not available for double coated dogs.

FURminator Shedless Treatment

Removing up to 90% of shedding hair, this addition to the Bath & Brush consists of the FURminator shampoo which strengthens the guard hairs, the FURminator solution which loosens the shedding undercoat, a high velocity blow-dry to blast out undercoat, and a thorough brush-out with the FURminator tool. This combination of methods removes loose and shedding hair without destroying any of the guard hairs. Depending on your dog's breed, it is most effective if repeated every two to four months.

Mini Groom Options

Nail Trim - $15

Includes clipping and dremeling

Grooming Introduction - $20

Includes nail trim, ear cleaning, and introduction to clippers and/or brush. Perfect for puppies, or for older dogs going to the groomer's for the first time.

Brush Out - $50 per hour per groomer

Includes nail trim. Especially good for seniors, dogs with limited mobility, or dogs with thick double-coats. Price does not include intensive dematting.

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you; if you will not be able to keep your appointment, please contact the shop by the day before to let us know. Leave a message or send a text, we'll get it! Otherwise the following charges will be applied to your next appointment.

Same Day Cancellation - $10

No Show Charge - 50% of scheduled service of missed appointment

Giant Dogs

We no longer offer full bath services for giant double-coated breeds. Sorry for any inconvience. We may be able to provide brush-out services. Call for a quote!
