DeShed Treatment
Removing up to 90% of shedding hair, this add-on to the Bath & Brush consists of a specially formulated shedding shampoo which strengthens the guard hairs, followed by a condioner that loosens the shedding undercoat. After a high velocity blow drier blast out the loosened undercoat, the coat is finished with a thorough brush-out with the FURminator tool. This process removes the maximum loose and shedding underocat with any damage to the guard hairs. Most effective when repeated every two to four months.

Individual Services
Nail Trim - $15 (includes clipping and dremelling)
Grooming Introduction - $20-$25 (includes nail trim, ear cleaning, and introduction to clippers and a brush. Perfect for puppies or dogs going to the groomers’ for the first time)
Brush Out - $50 per hour per groomer (includes nail trim. Especially good for senior dogs and those with limited mobility or very thick double coats. Price does not include intensive dematting.)

Brushout
Maintenance brushout with brush, comb, and FURminator brush if necessary, no clipping. Nail trim if requested.

Dematting
Detangling of non-felted fur with little to no clipping necessary, with nail trim if requested.

Spot Clipping
Shaving of small matted areas as well as sanitary areas. Nail trim if requested.

Lion Clips
Close shave of body, leaving a mane down to the shoulders. Perfect of cats dealing with too many mats to be brushed out humanely, but not in need of a full pelt removal.

Terms of Service must be signed by the pet owner before grooming.

Payment is accepted in cash only; no cheques, e-transfers, or credit and debit cards.

Prices are subject to change based on your pet’s age, health, behaviour, and coat condition.

Prices include 5% GST.

Give your pet a potty break before coming; a new place can be too distracting for your pet to take care of business in a timely manner.

Always contain your pet between your vehicle and the shop; dogs must be leashed or restrained in your arms or a kennel. Cats must be in a kennel.

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you; if you can’t make it, contact us by the evening before. Otherwise there is a fee of 50% of the cost of the first missed appointment, and the full cost of any subsequent no-shows.

We do not groom pets on any kind of mood-altering medication.

We don’t do daycare. Please pick up your dog within 15 minutes of the stated time. Late charges are $5 per 15 minutes.

Due to the stressful nature of cat grooming, I schedule so that the cat’s owner can be present at the appointment in order to help hold and comfort the cat as I work.

If a cat is not coping with the grooming process, I will stop work immediately. Depending on how much work has been completed, the full groom charge will still apply.

I do not groom aggressive cats.
